Vincent Cornu, the creator of this new style, is a specialist of traditional Gascon cuisine. He fervently defends quality cooking based on the use of fresh ingredients !
At the beginning of his career he was steered and taught by local chefs who passed on to him their passion for local food. He has also travelled and worked abroad where he was inspired by new tastes.
This mixture of experiences has resulted in a delicious marriage of traditional and new flavours, giving a delicate, exotic touch to the local Gason specialties
